At L'BRI PURE n' NATURAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aloe-based skincare experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box or included on a slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
